Despite its proximity to the main attractions, the area is far from crowded tourist routes and all the hustle and bustle of a big city. It is a quiet urban oasis of villas, townhouses, and elegant low-to-mid-rise houses. You can easily access the streets of Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, Barsha Road, and Al Khail Road from JVC. No traffic jams were found. It's perfect for people working in the Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, and JLT areas.

No income or capital-gains tax on property
Dubai charges no annual property tax, no income tax on rental yield, and no capital-gains tax on resale. The DLD 4% transfer fee is a one-time cost at registration — after that, your returns are yours.
