1. Who we are

This website, maisondubai.com (the “Site”), is operated by Casadior Real Estate L.L.C., a real estate brokerage registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (DED trade licence No. 1339092; RERA registration No. 41941) (“Casadior”, “we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data collected through the Site. You can reach us at info@maisondubai.com or by post at Dubai, UAE.

2. What we collect

• Inquiry details — when you submit a contact, project-inquiry, property-listing, or careers form: your name, email address, phone number, and anything you write in the message field.
• Saved-search subscriptions — your email address and the search criteria you choose (areas, price band, property type, and similar filters), so we can email you matching projects.
• Project alerts — your email address when you ask to be notified about a specific project’s floor plans or brochure.
• Usage data — pages visited, referring page, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected through our analytics tool (see section 5). We do not use this data to identify you personally.
• Communications — if you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we keep the correspondence.

We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the Site is not directed at children.

3. Why we use it

• To respond to your inquiries and connect you with one of our licensed brokers;
• To send the saved-search and project-alert emails you asked for — every such email carries a one-click unsubscribe link;
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site;
• To comply with legal obligations applicable to licensed brokerages in Dubai, including record-keeping and anti-money-laundering requirements.

We process your data on the legal bases of consent (subscriptions), contract (responding to your requests), and legitimate interest (Site operation and analytics), consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Our brokers — your inquiry is routed to the Casadior broker best placed to help you;
• Service providers that run parts of the Site under contract: Supabase (database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Resend (email delivery), our CRM provider (inquiry and appointment management), and PostHog (analytics);
• Developers — only if you ask us to register your interest in a specific project, and only what the registration requires;
• Authorities — where disclosure is required by UAE law or a competent court.

Some providers store data outside the UAE. Where they do, we rely on their contractual safeguards and process only what is necessary.

5. Cookies & analytics

The Site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies: strictly necessary cookies for core functionality, and analytics provided by PostHog to understand how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate region, device class). Embedded third-party content — our booking calendar (HighLevel), the Instagram feed (LightWidget), and map tiles (Carto/OpenStreetMap) — may set their own cookies governed by those providers’ policies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; core browsing will still work.

6. How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet brokerage record-keeping obligations. Saved-search and alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, after which they are deactivated and purged from active use. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

7. Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; and withdraw consent at any time (for emails, the unsubscribe link is the fastest route). Write to info@maisondubai.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been infringed.

8. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards: encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage with row-level access controls, scoped API credentials, and authentication on all administrative surfaces. No internet transmission is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data proportionately to its sensitivity.

9. Changes

We may update this policy as the Site evolves. The date at the top reflects the latest revision; material changes will be flagged on this page.
