Casadior was founded by three partners who saw the same gap from three different markets. The UAE had become the world's most considered destination for cross-border real-estate capital — yet the experience of buying into it from abroad remained opaque, transactional, and organised around developer commissions rather than client outcomes.
We built Casadior in response. A brokerage where the arithmetic is shown before the pitch. Where the broker who reaches out actually understands the project they're recommending. Where the operational layer — KYC, payment plans, residency, banking — is handled cleanly, in advance, and in your language.
Today we represent clients across Canada, France, the GCC, India, the United Kingdom, Russia, and beyond. The team is multilingual by design — six languages on practice — and the firm is international by both ownership and operating culture. We operate across all seven emirates, with Dubai as our centre of gravity.
The UAE is our home market. Morocco — where two of our partners hold deep roots — is on the near-term horizon. Casadior is built to travel with the team, into any premier market it chooses to enter.
